Which as you can see was about as helpful as it gets. In this case, I'd request you to contact publisher directly. I contacted Amazon who said:Īmazon: As a retailer we get codes, directly from the publisher and we provide the same to you. A quick Google showed this to be a known issue with keys purchased through Amazon, with some commenting that Amazon were not authorised resellers of keys and that Malwarebytes had been revoking them. I tried to reenter the ID/Key that was sent by Amazon for Premium and was meet with a 404 error (Key not found). Yesterday Malwarebytes updated and reverted to the free licence. An update on this for anyone that purchased a licence through this offer last year.
